立春の日にできたお酒を飲みました。
新酒なのにこの風格はなんなんでしょう。
たまたま冷蔵庫にあった湯葉刺しで飲みました。
なんだか調子が良くなってきたように感じます。
「日本酒大好き」ＮＡＮさんの企画に参加すべく
もうちょっとお酒のことを紹介します。
私が飲んだのは
「澤乃井 立春朝搾り 純米吟醸生原酒」です。
透明瓶に入っていて、「これからこの酒を飲む喜び」が
じわじわと沸いてきます。
透明瓶の理由は実は「ラベル」にあります。
このラベルの裏側に幸運な文字が書いてあるのです〜。
ふふふ。
澤乃井の立春朝搾りは今回５年目らしい。
私は最初から飲んでいるのですが、
毎年美味しくなっている気がします。
特に今回のはいい。新酒にありがちな苦味がみあたらなくて、
甘みが強く感じられました。
今年の厳しい寒さが関係しているのかな。
極限状態に生み出される微生物の涙が
この酒の隠し味。
